License

1. All copyrights to the Software Product are exclusively owned by CTS.
2. Anyone may use this Software Product without registration for any legal purposes, including commercial on condition that Generated Files contains 3 pictures or less. If you wish use this Software Product for making Generated Files that contains more than 3 pictures you must register your copy of the Software Product by purchasing registration key from STC or agents of CTS.
3. The unregistered evaluation version of the Software Product may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.
   a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package without written permission of the copyright owner.
   b. Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be distributed.
   c. Coupon/discount code(s) (if one) may be enclosed to the distribution.
4. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE CTS NOR THE AGENTS OF CTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE AND/OR GENERATED FILES.
5. There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of purchasing a licence, associated with the creation and distribution of Generated Files.
6. Installing and using the Software Product signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
7. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the Software Product files from your storage devices and cease to use it.
